Market Contraction in the Netherlands

In Q4, the company achieved USD $31.8 million in revenue. Notably, revenue from the Netherlands dropped by 4.6% year-over-year, primarily due to market contraction driven by increased regulations and taxation. Conversely, revenue from Brazil surged by 42.1% compared to Q4 2024, and U.S. revenue experienced a significant 55.0% year-on-year growth, largely due to the sales of high-margin proprietary content.

When considering the Netherlands, total revenue still demonstrated a modest growth of 1.9% year-over-year.

PAM Platform Partnerships

Bragg reported record annual revenue, totaling USD $123 million in 2025, which marks a 4% increase from USD $118 million in 2024.

In a communication to investors, the company highlighted several achievements in Q4, including the renewal of its PAM platform agreement with 711.nl to now encompass the regulated Belgian igaming market, along with extending its current PAM contract with Entain for BetCity.nl in the Dutch market, and with Senator Group, an online casino operator in Croatia.

Bragg also unveiled a new PAM platform and turnkey solution agreement with SuomiVeto, set to launch in the newly regulated Finnish igaming market on July 1, 2027.

Workforce Streamlining

The company announced a 12% reduction in its global workforce, aligning with its commitment to integrating AI technologies. This initiative is spearheaded by the development of the Bragg AI Brain, a data-driven AI engine that aims to ensure AI-Enhanced Products become standard in over 90% of all launches, with more than 75% of the company’s operational workflows expected to be affected by AI technology by 2027.

“Our continued strong execution has led to record revenues and strategic expansions, alongside significant AI and restructuring measures,” stated Matevž Mazij, CEO of Bragg.

“We are confident that this positions Bragg for growth in 2026 and beyond, aiming to enhance our content market share in Brazil and the United States; explore emerging markets such as Historical and Live Racing and Prediction Markets; and enter new jurisdictions that present opportunities for high-margin content businesses.”
