Jardin, a well-loved breakfast and brunch spot at Encore for the past ten years, has officially closed its doors. Initially, the restaurant paused operations for scheduled renovations earlier this year, planning to share its space in the evenings with another anticipated venture, Four 6666. Both initiatives have now been removed from the resort’s website, signaling that neither will proceed.

Jardin was celebrated for its vibrant, garden-inspired ambiance and a diverse menu that included sticky buns, chocolate-chip red velvet pancakes, shakshuka, braised lamb hash, and wagyu flat-iron steak with eggs.

In recent years, the venue hosted a variety of evening pop-ups featuring Asia-Pacific, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern culinary experiences.

A spokesperson from Wynn informed the Las Vegas Review-Journal that they are in the process of developing a new American restaurant for the location, featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

Earl of Sandwich has closed its doors at The Palms food court, with the space now walled off. Vital Vegas was the first to announce the abrupt closure, which caught customers (and at least one staff member) off guard. The national chain continues to operate at Planet Hollywood, Fashion Show Mall, and in Downtown Summerlin and Spring Valley.

French Riviera Tropézienne Bakery is set to launch its third Las Vegas location in the former André’s space at 401 S. Sixth St. downtown. André’s, famed for defining fine dining in downtown Las Vegas, was established by Chef André Rochat in 1980, becoming a cornerstone in the city’s restaurant landscape and earning a Michelin star before the guide exited the city. Chef Rochat later expanded to the Monte Carlo and The Palms before retiring in 2018.

House Rules, a Scottsdale-based competitive social gaming bar, is set to make its debut in Las Vegas at 3071 S. Rancho Drive, right across from Area15 within the venue’s Phase 2 expansion. Confirmed via House Rules’ Instagram, the new location will feature an upscale scratch-kitchen menu (with shareable platters, sliders, and flatbreads) alongside tech-enhanced group games, including duckpin bowling, bar-style ice curling, and a unique twist on Tejo. This concept initially launched in Scottsdale in 2023 under the name Lane Park before rebranding in 2024.

Additionally, American Beer & Cocktails, owned by Caesars Entertainment, is anticipated to take over the former Senor Frog’s space at TI, which has remained vacant since December 31, 2024. The new establishment will comprise a restaurant serving burgers on one floor and Mexican cuisine on another.

Lilli, a six-month culinary residency by chef Tyler Vorce at Station Casinos’ Durango Resort, concluded on June 7 as preparations are underway for the concept’s transition to a new permanent venue that is yet to be revealed. This unique dining experience focused on a single-seating, seven-course tasting menu, showcasing French techniques, Mediterranean elements, and seasonal ingredients.
