Besides the Museum of Ice Cream, which we highlighted last January, eight additional food and beverage outlets are slated for opening in the Area15 entertainment venue by the second quarter of this year, boosting its offerings to over 20. The new tenants include:

- Fuku: Celebrity chef David Chang launches his third spicy fried chicken venue, offering sandwiches and tenders, following locations at Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena.
- Nacho Daddy: Known for loaded nachos and craft margaritas with a promise of “never a dry chip,” this is a downtown favorite.
- Alien Pizza Party: Serving innovative pizza made by the creators of Bonnano’s New York Pizzeria.
- The Bowl: Meals crafted by robot chefs right in front of you.
- Chilangos Tacos: Authentic Mexico City street tacos from a renowned Dallas establishment.
- Cosmic Pretzel: Creative pretzels shaped like UFOs and rockets.
- Good Company Burgers: Gourmet Wagyu smash burgers, crispy fries, shakes, and craft beer from chef Sam Marvin.
- Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets: Fluffy brioche doughnuts and New Orleans-style beignets, perfect for Instagram photos.
Dining Changes
Netflix Bites has closed its doors at MGM Grand after completing its one-year engagement, returning to its original identity as Avenue Café, which offers breakfast along with fried chicken and waffles, sans the “Eleven’s Feast” branding.

Zippy’s Hawaiian eatery is set to debut its fourth Vegas branch on January 27 at 10810 W. Charleston Blvd., directly across from Red Rock Casino Resort, in the former location of Hash House a Go Go in Summerlin.
Aroma Latin American Cocina, helmed by James Beard Award finalist Steve Kestler, closed its Green Valley outlet in December, finding that most of its clientele hailed from outside the area. This sparked a transition to a more centrally located Chinatown, where it hopes to reopen in February at 3355 Spring Mountain Road. Chef Kestler has plans for a sophisticated dinner menu featuring 10 new dishes while keeping lunch and brunch relaxed.
Guerrilla Pizza Company, previously a small operation in the Hard Hat Lounge within the Arts District, has now secured its own location at Soho Lofts, located at 900 S. Las Vegas Boulevard.
Hedary’s Mediterranean Restaurant, which had been serving on West Sahara Avenue since 2004 before transforming into Filo Grill last year, will make its comeback in Las Vegas later this month at 9275 W. Russell Road, taking over the former Karved space at the Gramercy.
Marufuku Ramen aims to launch its second Las Vegas location in Downtown Summerlin in February. The original location opened last February at the Bend at 8670 W. Sunset Road in Southwest Vegas.
