Travelers at Harry Reid International can now explore a fresh culinary destination. Located in Terminal 1 beyond the security checkpoint, the newly inaugurated Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club spans an impressive 4,590 square feet across two levels.

The menu, crafted by Momofuku, the acclaimed restaurant collective led by Chef David Chang, includes spicy cucumber salad, crispy nori potatoes, and the iconic pork bun—available as part of the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program.

Guests can also enjoy Chase’s debut champagne bar, an expertly curated wine selection from Parcelle, signature cocktails, and premium coffee provided by Nevada’s own Dark Moon Coffee Roasters.

Access to the lounge is exclusive to primary cardholders of Chase Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and Ritz-Carlton Credit Card (along with authorized users). Sapphire and J.P. Morgan Reserve members can invite up to two guests for free, with additional guests at a fee of $27 each.

Set to debut at the Red Rock Resorts food court by spring 2026: the smash-burger eatery With Love Always, alongside Randy’s Donuts and Good Pie, as previously mentioned.

Leaving the scene will be three eateries that Red Rock deems less favorable: Fatburger (shutdown scheduled for January 12), Federal Donuts & Chicken, and Side Piece Pizza (both closing January 2).

Founded by Drew Belcher and Kevin Whelan, creators of Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery, With Love Always initially pivoted from a pop-up to a full establishment located at 6441 N. Durango Drive in Centennial Hills.

“Our brand has always celebrated Las Vegas, crafted by locals for locals. Becoming part of the Red Rock family allows us to reach a new section of this beloved city,” Belcher stated in a recent press release. “We look forward to bringing our unique twist on the classic smash burger to a community that values quality, comfort, and flavor.”

According to Vital Vegas, the cherished spots still standing in Red Rock’s evolving menu are (for now) Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Panda Express, Wingstop, and Rubio’s — the last three of which we opted not to highlight with bold text.

Restaurant Updates

Morimoto, the long-standing flagship at MGM Grand helmed by culinary luminary Masahura Morimoto, has re-emerged after a two-month aesthetic and menu update. Chef Morimoto expressed that his revamped restaurant “embodies the essence of Las Vegas blended with Tokyo’s energetic designs, vibrant atmosphere, and our shared passion for exquisite dining.”
