  • Blackpink’s Lisa has revealed four “residency” shows at the Caesars Palace Colosseum
  • Justin Timberlake is in talks for a 2028 residency at Park MGM following challenges with his recent tour, according to NewsMax
  • Jennifer Lopez rejected a residency extension at Caesars after achieving only one confirmed sellout

Lisa from Blackpink is set to take the stage at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on November 13, 14, 27, and 28. The announcement from Caesars Entertainment declares her as “the first K-pop artist to headline a Las Vegas residency” with her show titled “Viva La Lisa.”

Nevertheless, just four dates don’t quite constitute a full residency. Once additional dates are confirmed, we will gladly revisit that stance.

Tickets for the general audience will be available starting at 10 a.m. PT on Thursday, with a presale for fans kicking off at 10 a.m. PT on Wednesday, April 22. (Fans can sign up from 10 a.m. PT on Wednesday, April 1, until Sunday at 10 p.m. PT on April 19 at ticketmaster.com.)

This announcement follows the release of Blackpink’s new EP Deadline, and comes a year after Lisa launched her solo debut, Alter Ego, featuring collaborations with Doja Cat on “Born Again,” Megan Thee Stallion on “Rapunzel,” among others.

Details regarding her performance setlist and possible guest appearances from her fellow Blackpink members remain undisclosed.

Justin Timberlake’s Potential Deal with MGM

Justin Timberlake is currently negotiating with MGM Resorts and promoter Live Nation for his first Las Vegas residency at Park MGM‘s Dolby Live, slated to begin in 2028, as reported by our colleague Paula Froelich of NewsNation.

The report suggests Justin is negotiating under unfavorable conditions, given that his “Forget Tomorrow” world tour, which ran from April 2024 to February 2025, faced significant challenges.

“This mirrors Jennifer Lopez’s approach after her unsuccessful 2024 tours, ‘The Greatest Love Story Never Told’ and ‘This is Me… Now,’” Froelich noted. “Lopez attempted to transform her tour into a greatest hits experience — but it still didn’t succeed, leading her to Vegas for a limited run featuring familiar and new music.”

Jennifer Lopez Opts Out of Extension

Speaking of J-Lo, she has chosen not to extend her “Up All Night Live” residency at Caesars Palace, despite the absence of conflicting tour dates in the near future.

Lopez’s run had only one confirmed sellout on its December 30, 2025 opening night, while the subsequent 11 shows were heavily marketed and discounted leading up to the performances. (Ticketmaster no longer displays real-time seat availability maps, making it challenging for reporters or the public to verify ticket sales.)

Weezer’s Upcoming Tour

Weezer will bring its “The Gathering” tour to T-Mobile Arena on October 23. Tickets will be available at 10 a.m. PT on Friday, April 3, on the AXS website, with presales starting at 10 a.m. PT on Tuesday, March 31.
