No Doubt has announced six additional 2026 performances for their Sphere residency, which the venue refers to as its “final dates” at this location.

The newly announced dates are June 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, and 13.

The Sphere indicates these performances were scheduled “due to continued fan interest.” Nevertheless, this strategy seems designed to safeguard the egos of other notable headliners.

It’s undeniable (couldn’t help myself!) that the Sphere’s first-ever millennial rock headliner—among the most iconic acts of the ‘90s—could have easily sold out the entirety of its 18 planned shows within the same week.

However, Sphere Entertainment CEO James Dolan appears hesitant to potentially alienate other, slightly smaller performers by providing No Doubt with more initial on-sale dates than others.

Tickets will be available to the general audience starting at noon PT on Friday, November 14, through Ticketmaster, with a presale for the artist beginning on Wednesday, November 12 at noon PT.

Wizard of Streams

The digital version of “The Wizard of Oz at Sphere: The Soundtrack” is now available.

Why is this significant after 86 years?

Because the iconic songs from “The Wizard of Oz” have never been compiled into a single collection (what people used to refer to as an album).

This was primarily because earlier recordings were not of sufficient quality. The 42 tracks featured here were originally produced with poor sound equipment on film soundstages.

Until now, the beloved rendition of “Over the Rainbow,” sung by Judy Garland in the movie, was only accessible through the film itself. Although a studio version was recorded in 1939 post-release, it displayed different vocals and an alternate arrangement.

The producers behind the Sphere performance isolated Garland’s original film vocals and digitally enhanced them, pairing them with new performances from an 80-piece orchestra, which was recorded on the original MGM soundstage last year.

“We’ve captured every nuance and detail for an unrivaled listening experience, both at the Sphere and at home,” stated Carolyn Blackwood, head of Sphere Studios, in a press release.

Jewel’s Dazzling Appearance

A concert featuring Jewel will showcase the inaugural Not Alone Awards and Summit, taking place from November 10-12 at the Wynn.

This event aims to promote awareness around mental wellness and will be hosted by the “You Were Meant for Me” artist alongside Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. Additional guests include Flavor Flav, Rachel Platten, Alec Benjamin, JP Saxe, Cassadee Pope, Bishop Briggs, Harry Hudson, and Darryl “DMC” McDaniels.

While the event is not open to the public, it will be live-streamed on iHeartRadio’s YouTube channel.
