The Mayfair Supper Club made its grand reopening at Bellagio this New Year’s Eve, showcasing a completely redesigned production and an enlarged menu. This transformation marks its first significant creative update since its debut in 2019. The refreshed experience features a new nightly show curated by Outside The Box Amusements, the company recognized for producing Usher’s performances at both Caesars Palace and Park MGM.

The newly revamped Mayfair production is designed as an ongoing performance that incorporates dining, featuring a talented ensemble of 16 aerial artists, dancers, musicians, and specialty performers. The show unfolds in various segments throughout the evening, seamlessly integrating live music, dance, and acrobatics into the dining space, all while providing stunning views of the Bellagio fountains. This new show replaces a previous production from No Ceilings Entertainment, which was active for six years.

In addition to the entertainment enhancements, the culinary team at Mayfair has introduced more than a dozen new culinary offerings. The updated menu retains classic favorites like Prime Rib and Roasted Half Chicken while adding several visually appealing, upscale dishes.

New menu highlights feature Wagyu Wonton Soup, Caviar Frites, a King Crab California Roll, a Surf & Turf Roll, and General K’s Hot & Sour Lobster, a large-format dish perfect for sharing.

Chinatown Developments

Pho So 1, located at 4745 Spring Mountain Road and a pioneer in Las Vegas’ Chinatown scene, has officially closed after 31 years of operation. As reported by Chinatownvegas.com, the cherished Vietnamese restaurant—especially revered for its beef noodle soup—initiated a temporary closure for “extensive repairs” back in November, which has now turned permanent, according to an announcement from the owners on January 2. Nevertheless, they assured patrons, “we will be back.”

The Cheongdam Food Hall has made its debut as the first Asian food hall in Las Vegas to occupy a former drugstore space. Opened last month at 8610 Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown, this food hall took over one of the thousand locations that Rite Aid closed in 2025. It presents a selection of Korean offerings from Star Kisa House, Namsan Tonkatsu, and the sandwich shop Downtowner; features all-you-can-eat sushi from Smile Shota; poke from GT Poke; and spicy Japanese dishes from Curry-Ya.

Recent Dining Changes

Hash House A Go Go, the breakfast venue recognized for its oversized pancakes, has closed its doors at the Rio, where it had been operating since 2007. The casino has filled this space with a new breakfast and lunch option called The Kitchen Table, which opened on December 29. (For more details, see Vital Vegas’ report.) Despite the closure at Rio, Hash House retains locations at the Linq, the Plaza Hotel downtown, and 6800 W. Sahara Ave.

In addition, “@Pizza” is set to open at the Rio this spring. This unique pizzeria will specialize in oval-shaped stuffed-crust pizzas and will be operated directly by the casino, a departure from the usual East Coast ownership affiliation with Latitude Food Group.

Seoul Bird has departed from Aria, making way for Lucky Bird, another chicken tender station by Clique Hospitality, which only required a partial alteration of its previous signage.

Finney’s Crafthouse, a southern California-based gastropub, is on the way to both Downtown Summerlin and Town Square as per Clark County permit records.
