Racecar driver Christy Georges-Barnett, a legend with over 300 wins and 35 championships, recently experienced one of the happiest moments of her life. She turned a mere $25 into an incredible $1 million jackpot while playing at Caesars Palace.
In 2007, Georges-Barnett set the world record for the fastest woman in a NASCAR, reaching an impressive speed of 208 mph at the Bonneville Salt Flats. In 2010, she also became the first and only woman to hold a U.M.P. DirtCar national title.
Even at the age of 63, Georges-Barnett and her husband Sherman continue to participate in modified dirt car, Super Truck, and Tremendous Vehicle races for the US Racing Association.
Jackpot Winner
Caesars Palace recently shared a viral video captured by a bystander’s TikTok account, showcasing the exact moment when Georges-Barnett realized she had won the jackpot. She could be heard repeatedly shouting with joy, “It’s a million dollars, Sherman!”
In reality, her winnings totaled an impressive $1.184 million. However, no specific details about the winning spin have been disclosed.
It’s worth noting that another guest at Caesars Palace also won a $1 million slot jackpot earlier this year.
