Resorts World Las Vegas to provide complimentary self-parking throughout the summer.

Resorts World Las Vegas is providing complimentary self-parking throughout the summer, with no strings attached. This promotion is available from June 2 to August 28, and includes parking for hotel and guest garages.

This positions Resorts World among a select few Strip casinos, such as Treasure Island, Sahara, Circus Circus, and Casino Royale, that offer free parking to all guests, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal. Most other casinos on the Strip impose fees ranging from $20 to $40, with higher charges during events.

Amid a competitive Las Vegas casino landscape, Resorts World is aiming to enhance its appeal. Since its grand opening in June 2021, which cost $4.3 billion, the resort has encountered significant hurdles, including management changes, a notable $10.5 million penalty from state authorities for compliance issues, and challenges with hosting high-profile events and guests.

Earlier this month, the organization restructured its leadership, shifting the newly appointed CEO to a consulting role. In the interim, the chief financial officer, who joined just four months prior, has stepped into the primary executive position.

As reported by local media, the decision to introduce free self-parking may indicate that Resorts World is attempting to realign itself with budget-conscious consumers, particularly during a time when parking fees and hidden costs are common grievances among visitors.

While many guests typically pay for parking, players who reach a specific level in casino loyalty programs can park for free on the Strip. Nearly all casinos in the area extend complimentary parking to Nevada residents, though it’s usually restricted to two or three hours.
