Casino loyalty and technology specialist Acres Manufacturing Company has revealed, in collaboration with PCI Gaming, the implementation of its Foundation HQ casino management system along with PCI’s PLS 1:1 Loyalty Platform at Mobile Greyhound Racing (MGR) and Birmingham Race Course (BRC).
This initiative signifies Acres’ entrance into the Historical Horse Racing (HHR) sector and is the second and third establishments managed by PCI to adopt Foundation HQ and PLS, as disclosed by the involved parties.
With the adoption of Foundation HQ, each venue can utilize PCI’s PLS (Player Loyalty System) and the Express Offer reward engine to offer tailored, data-centric messages, rewards, and engagement tools to individual players. These platforms allow for frequent, customized offers across various channels, aiming to engage players both on-site and beyond.
The integrated solution has already yielded success at PCI’s Magic City Casino in Miami, FL, which incorporated Foundation HQ and PLS in 2024. Within a year of deployment, slot revenue at this venue rose by 8%, according to publicly available data.
This increase in revenue positioned Magic City as a market leader during a period when statewide net slot revenue stagnated or saw slight declines, as noted by the Florida Gaming Control Commission. “This clearly outlines a pathway for operators to enhance revenues and expand market presence through strategies focused on personalization and high-frequency marketing,” states Acres Manufacturing.
