The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is honoring Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 with its initiative “My Rhythm. My Flavor. ¡Mi Gente!” This initiative celebrates the vibrant cultures and significant contributions of Hispanic and Latin American communities across the country.
To support this initiative, the casino has generously donated $10,000 to ten local Hispanic organizations, including the Coalition of Hispanic Artists, Course of Action Foundation, Enterprising Latinas, Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund, Hispanic Heritage Network of Orange County, Hispanic Outreach Center, Hispanic Star, Krewe of Sant’ Yago Education Foundation, Roberto Clemente Foundation, and the USF Latino Scholarship Program.
“Hispanic Heritage Month serves as a powerful reminder of the strength inherent in Latin culture, its people, and their rich history,” said Anaclaudia Solorzano, Director of Latin Marketing for Seminole Gaming & Seminole Hard Rock. “We proudly support local organizations that uplift and empower the Hispanic communities in our region every day.”
Guests are invited to revel in Latin Nights each Thursday from 8 p.m. to midnight at L Bar, featuring live entertainment, energetic Latin beats, and delightful cocktails. Salsa dance lessons are also provided every Thursday at 7 p.m. at L Bar by Tonos Latin Dance.
Diverse dining options showcase Latin-inspired menus, including Black Cod Bacalao a la Vizcaína and Mole Braised Beef Short Rib at Council Oak; pollo or steak rice bowls along with Guava Margaritas at Hard Rock Cafe; a selection of Latin dishes at Fresh Harvest Buffet; and unique desserts like Mango Tajín Naked Cake at Constant Grind. Other highlights are Latin Thursdays at Rez Grill, Carne Guisada at Jubao Palace, and Latin-inspired rolls at Rock N’ Raw.
A memorabilia exhibit pays tribute to Latin music icons such as Celia Cruz, Christina Aguilera, Gloria Estefan, Maluma, Pedro Fernández, Robi Draco Rosa, Shakira, and many more.
