Enhanced Gaming Areas

Dredging involves the removal of silt, sand, and other materials from water bodies, which tend to accumulate over time and obstruct navigation. The Fraser River’s natural sediment has led to reduced access for vessels at the marina. The dredging will ensure safe navigation and docking. The marina is expected to reopen this spring.

The marina plays a vital role in the overall experience at the resort, featuring around 70 slips for boats measuring up to 70 feet.

Major Renovation Initiatives

The resort hosts 400 rooms, each featuring stunning views of the Fraser River, and the casino includes 1,150 slot machines as well as electronic tables, over 80 live table games, live betting options, and a poker room, alongside amenities such as a spa.

Recently, Gordon Ramsay Steak, his first fine dining venue in Canada, opened its doors at the resort.

Great Canadian Entertainment, the management behind the property, stated that the marina project is part of an extensive series of renovations at River Rock Casino Resort that commenced last year.

Marina Enhancements

In addition to the new Gordon Ramsay restaurant, a Japanese aburi-style restaurant named MIKU is set to debut this fall.

On the gaming front, upgrades feature an expanded Jade Room with the latest slot machines, a new Prive Lounge with a specialized bar on the gaming floor, and an expansion of the Maple Leaf Room, which will include private gaming spaces.

Great Canadian Entertainment operates gaming and entertainment venues across 23 cities nationwide.

Expansion of Jackpot Digital

This morning, Vancouver’s Jackpot Digital revealed that it has installed five Jackpot Blitz dealer-less poker electronic tables at Win-River Resort & Casino, a Tribal property in Redding, California.

The company’s product is a fully automated poker table, eliminating the need for traditional live dealers. Jackpot Digital is dedicated to expanding its footprint in the North American land-based casino gaming arena.
