AGEM reveals Red Wagon Institute as its latest associate member

Red Wagon Institute has become an associate member of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM). This partnership aims to enhance access to leadership and communication training for AGEM’s member companies.

With this collaboration, AGEM members will benefit from exclusive, reduced rates on all courses offered by Red Wagon Institute. The training programs are centered around leadership, team-building, and effective communication tailored for organizations of various sizes, aiming at adult learners across all levels.

Founder and Master Trainer Paul Speirs-Hernandez of Red Wagon Institute stated that this alliance bridges the expertise of the institute with gaming suppliers aiming for structured professional development.

“We are excited to partner as an associate member of AGEM,” Speirs-Hernandez expressed. “Our leading trainers bring decades of experience within the gaming sector, specializing in operations, communication, and human resources, and we look forward to delivering our impactful experiential learning to AGEM members.”

Previously, the institute has provided training for various AGEM member organizations. According to Red Wagon Institute, teams in leadership roles who engaged in these programs have reported significant enhancements in team communication and overall effectiveness.

Located in Las Vegas, AGEM is a non-profit international trade association that represents manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, table games, components, and supportive products and services. The organization advocates for suppliers in policy discussions, collaborates in trade shows, and promotes educational initiatives across international markets.

AGEM actively participates in legislative processes, working alongside regulatory bodies to foster a business climate that benefits gaming equipment suppliers. Its associate members are companies linked to gaming suppliers through their products, services, or professional involvement in the industry.
