Playgon, known for its innovative gaming platforms, particularly in live-dealer casino services, has entered a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Digital Nation Entertainment (DNE), a distinguished studio in Santa Monica recognized for real-time animation and emotional digital performances. Together, they will co-develop and commercialize the future of AI dealer technology.

This partnership marks a pivotal shift in the gaming industry, transitioning from human-operated dealer studios to an era of AI-generated digital hosts.

Key Transformation

“This collaboration with DNE allows us to radically alter our live-dealer approach to center around AI-driven hosts,” stated Darcy Krogh, CEO of Playgon Games. “Realistic, multilingual digital personas that enhance the player experience while eliminating the limitations of current live-dealer operations and models. This represents a groundbreaking juncture for Playgon as we shift from human-hosted tables to a scalable, intelligent dealer framework that reimagines live gaming delivery.”

Playgon plans to establish a wholly owned subsidiary to facilitate development, alongside a commercial revenue-sharing structure with Digital Nation Entertainment. The company has earmarked US$1 million for this venture, with a portion of the net gaming income generated redeployed to offset the funds provided by Playgon.

Playgon will maintain total ownership of the new entity and all intellectual properties developed through this partnership, with both parties aiming to finalize a technology co-development agreement within 45 days.

Revolutionizing Dealer Experiences

In a press release on Wednesday morning, Playgon indicated that DNE’s technology facilitates lifelike dealer interactions, enabling natural speech, emotional awareness, and contextual memory for a highly credible real-time experience.

“This alliance propels the user experience to new heights – intelligent, expressive digital dealers who can host hundreds of games in multiple languages around the clock. This is not just an enhancement; it is a complete overhaul of traditional live gaming,” explained Playgon President Guido Ganschow.

The innovative technology is projected to be accessible to online gaming operators worldwide, targeting both social and real-money iGaming markets in over 30 languages, available 24/7. Playgon assures that the transition to AI dealer technology will be effortless for clients—seamlessly integrated into Playgon’s certified platform, with no adjustments needed to existing APIs, player pathways, or wallet systems.

“By merging DNE’s digital human technology with cutting-edge real-time AI, capable of authentic speech, memory, and session-level adaptability alongside Playgon’s established live dealer frameworks, we are crafting a transformative gaming experience that expands the limits of real-time digital delivery,” remarked Digital Nation Entertainment CEO Craig Evans.

Playgon anticipates launching this groundbreaking technology by Q2 2026.
