Anunay Sood, a well-known travel influencer who tragically passed away at 32 in Las Vegas earlier this month, is believed to have died from a drug overdose. A police report acquired by KLAS-TV/Las Vegas revealed that Sood was found lifeless in his Wynn Las Vegas hotel room on November 4, alongside a small clear bag containing an unidentified white powder.

The investigation indicated that Sood and two women, including his fiancée, encountered a man on the casino floor around 4 a.m. and procured what they believed to be cocaine. They returned to their hotel room, where they inhaled the substance using a rolled $100 bill.
The women reported feeling drowsy and sleeping, only to awaken about an hour later and find Sood unresponsive.
Paramedics attempted to revive him with CPR and administered five doses of Narcan but sadly pronounced him dead at 7:23 a.m.
The Clark County coroner’s office has declared Sood’s cause of death as “pending.” Results from toxicology tests, which could take several months, will clarify the substances involved and their potential link to his passing.
Residing in Dubai, Sood was reportedly in Las Vegas for an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the annual Concours d’Elegance, a luxury car show hosted at the Wynn resort.
