James “Jim” Burns, aged 58, a prominent business leader and chief financial officer at Saracen Casino and Resort, tragically passed away following a golf cart mishap at Pine Bluff Country Club in California.

Reports indicate that the golf cart overturned while Burns was aboard, according to Deltaplex News. He was taken to Jefferson Regional Hospital, where he was declared deceased on Friday morning.
