- Jordan Addison faces arrest for trespassing after refusing to exit a noodle bar at Hard Rock Tampa.
- He reportedly attempted to re-enter the restaurant while being escorted off the casino’s grounds.
Jordan Addison, wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, has found himself in legal troubles once more, having been arrested early Monday morning at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.

Addison was taken into custody at 3:46 am at 5223 Orient Road, which serves as the entry point for the casino resort. He faced a first-degree misdemeanor trespassing charge and was booked approximately three hours later.
The Hillsborough County police cited “probable cause” as the basis for his arrest, with Addison being released later that day at 2:40 pm after posting a $500 cash bond.
Authorities responded to the site after Seminole Indian Police detained Addison for violating trespassing laws. He had reportedly been asked multiple times by casino security to leave, but did not comply.
Police discovered Addison at the Jubao Palace Noodle Bar. According to arrest documentation, he required multiple directions towards the exit while being escorted from the premises.
“The defendant was redirected by myself and Officer Scheidegg multiple times. The defendant was then taken into custody for trespassing after a warning,” Officer Fluellen noted in the criminal report.
The Jubao Palace Noodle Bar operates until 4 am.
Major Allegation
This incident marks another legal hiccup for Addison, who was selected 23rd overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.
In July 2023, prior to beginning his first training camp with the Vikings, Addison was pulled over for speeding and reckless driving. Minnesota police clocked him driving a Lamborghini Urus SUV at 140 miles per hour on Interstate 94 in Saint Paul. He pleading guilty to a misdemeanor, resulting in a six-month license suspension.
A year later, in July 2024, Addison faced arrest near Los Angeles International Airport for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). It was reported that he was found asleep behind the wheel, blocking traffic. He later struck a plea deal reducing the charge to Reckless Driving Involving Alcohol.
In Florida, a first-degree misdemeanor trespassing charge applies to individuals who refuse to leave a property after being directed to do so. The guidelines specify that the individual entered without authorization, possibly armed, and did not comply with evacuation orders.
Those convicted of first-degree trespassing in Florida could face up to one year in jail and fines reaching $1,000.
Upcoming Court Appearance
Court documents indicate that Jordan Addison is scheduled for arraignment on February 3 at 9 am at Tampa’s Criminal Courthouse Annex, presided over by the Honorable Matthew Smith.
After a successful rookie NFL season in 2023, where he recorded 70 receptions for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns, Addison’s performance has dipped in subsequent seasons, with only 42 catches for 610 yards and three touchdowns in 2025.
