The band will utilize a 360-degree stage setup at the heart of the stadium, enhancing viewing experiences while optimizing seating capacity.

Titled simply as “BTS World Tour,” this extensive tour will feature 79 concerts across 34 locations globally.

BTS previously rocked Las Vegas at Allegiant during their “Permission to Dance on Stage” tour, where they sold out four shows in April 2022.

General ticket sales will commence on January 24 at 1 PM PT via ticketmaster.com, preceded by a fan presale starting January 22 at 1 PM PT, available at btsworldtourofficial.com.

For Whom the Sphere Tolls

The Sun reports that Metallica is in advanced negotiations to secure a residency at the Sphere for 2027 — a rumor that has circulated since Vital Vegas hinted at a Fall 2026 residency in July 2025. Drummer Lars Ulrich also expressed excitement about this possibility during an interview with Howard Stern.

While no heavy metal band has yet performed at the impressive venue, Metallica stands as the frontrunner in terms of audience appeal.

Although contracts have yet to be finalized, a source from the UK tabloid claims the agreement is “about 90% complete.” Sphere management is reportedly thrilled at the prospect, believing Metallica would bring a unique vibrancy and substantial ticket sales comparable to U2 and Backstreet Boys.

In the meantime, fans can look forward to a confirmed heavy metal event featuring Five Finger Death Punch, whose “20th Anniversary Tour” is set for September 19 at the Michelob Ultra Arena.
