  1. Eiffel Tower (Paris Las Vegas): Ranked at No. 11, this restaurant’s vantage point inside the replica structure provides a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains, making it a cherished Vegas date night venue — though recent policies require an additional fee of $100-$150 for prime views.
  2. Hugo’s Cellar (Four Queens, Downtown): Securing the No. 15 spot, this classic dining choice is known for its vintage ambiance, personalized tableside service, and the famous Hot Rock Specialty, where meats and seafood are cooked right on a hot granite slab.

Ellie’s Kitchen

Chef Ellie Parker from Downtown Las Vegas captured the Season 24 title on “Hell’s Kitchen” last week, marking her as Gordon Ramsay’s latest champion. The 26-year-old executive chef from Main St. Provisions outperformed Florida contestant Jada Vidal in the finale aired on Thursday night on Fox.

Throughout the competition, Parker delivered a showcase of exquisite dishes, including scallop ceviche, beef tartare, seafood bisque, crispy salmon, and pan-seared branzino.

When Ramsay opened the door revealing her victory, Parker broke down in tears as her family and friends celebrated behind her. This win capped a remarkable week for Parker, also receiving a semifinalist status in the James Beard Awards for the esteemed Emerging Chef category.

Unfortunately for Las Vegas, Parker’s achievement means her city must share her talent — at least temporarily. Along with her $250K prize, Parker will assume the role of head chef at Hell’s Kitchen located in Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.

“Hell’s Kitchen” Season 24 is now available for streaming on Hulu, Fox.com, and Tubi.

Big FAT Bankruptcy

FAT Brands has recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy following a default on significant debt obligations linked to over $1.3 billion in loans.

The seven Strip locations of FAT (including Fatburger at the Venetian and Excalibur, Johnny Rockets at the LINQ Promenade and Flamingo, Marble Slab Creamery/Great American Cookies at Miracle Mile, Hot Dog on a Stick at Showcase Mall, and Twin Peaks at Harmon Corner) operate as independent franchises, so no immediate closures are anticipated, and all are expected to function normally during the corporate restructuring.
