Caesars announces $87.8 million community investment in 2025 CSR update


Caesars Entertainment unveiled its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report for 2025 on Wednesday, showcasing a community investment of $87.8 million. The report detailed advancements in its PEOPLE PLANET PLAY framework, touching on initiatives related to environment, responsible gaming, and workforce development.

The report reflects the company’s achievements in areas including community engagement, environmental responsibility, responsible gaming practices, and employee training throughout 2025.

“At Caesars, our commitment to ethical business practices involves generating value for our team members, guests, communities, and stakeholders.” stated Kiersten Flint, Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Communications at Caesars Entertainment.

“In 2025, we continued to enhance our workforce, elevate our communities, and implemented our PEOPLE PLANET PLAY strategy in ways that pave the path for sustainable growth and resilience,” Flint added.

Under the PEOPLE segment, Caesars achieved a total community investment of $87.8 million in 2025. This included nearly $3.6 million in grants via the Caesars Foundation, the equivalent of 78,000 hours of employee volunteer work, along with $2.6 million contributed by guests via the Caesars Makes Change initiative.

The company allocated $35 million toward employee training and development, allowing for over 1.5 million hours of learning. It also promoted more than 7,700 employees internally during the year, with 5,500 of those being advancements.

Under the PLANET sector, Caesars reduced its Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 21% from a 2019 benchmark and cut Scope 3 emissions by 26% from a 2022 baseline.

Caesars also expanded its renewable energy efforts through a long-term partnership with Estuary Power, projected to yield over 65,000 MWh of renewable energy yearly. Furthermore, the company enhanced its electric vehicle infrastructure across its operations, including a complete transition of the Caesars Palace in-house fleet to electric vehicles.

Within the PLAY category, Caesars outlined capital investment endeavors across its portfolio, such as launching phase two of the $200 million renovation project at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and initiating over $100 million in improvements at Flamingo Las Vegas.

In 2025, Caesars celebrated 36 years of responsible gaming initiatives, delivering nearly 15,000 hours of responsible gaming training to over 44,000 employees and enhancing guest education and support across both land-based and digital operations.

Caesars also reinforced its responsible business strategies through initiatives prioritizing ethical conduct, cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and anti-money laundering.
