Delightful New Space at Circa Las Vegas to Transform into Museum of Ice Cream Flavor

Circa Resort & Casino, nestled in downtown Las Vegas, has formed an unexpected collaboration with the family-friendly Museum of Ice Cream, which has recently launched its sixth venue at AREA15.

This attraction is celebrated for its immersive environments, unique tasting stations, and iconic sprinkle-themed aesthetics, quickly becoming the most popular new experience at the immersive entertainment hub since its launch on July 3.

While this partnership won’t introduce children to Circa, a resort that prohibits guests under 21 from staying in its hotel tower—even in the company of their parents—it will feature a Museum of Ice Cream-themed suite as part of the two new floors set to be constructed by owners Derek and Greg Stevens, commencing in March 2027.

This expansion is a strategic move for Circa to boost its room availability ahead of significant autumn tourism events, including the NFL season and various downtown festivals.

Additionally, Circa plans to incorporate a Museum of Ice Cream-themed cocktail menu at its bars, enhancing the collaboration.

Circa’s VP of Operations, Jeff Victor, mentioned to the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the goal is not to blend children and adult markets but rather to attract both genders.

“The museum has … over 60 percent female visitors, which appeals to us as we offer many male-oriented products,” he shared with the publication. “This partnership allows us to align as a hotel collaborator.”

The Museum of Ice Cream has gained immense popularity as a destination for bachelorette parties in its various locations (New York, Chicago, Miami, Boston, and Singapore), and the Las Vegas venue is conveniently located just 4 miles southwest of Circa.

“Bachelorette parties … will definitely need accommodations,” Victor stated, highlighting Circa’s multi-level Stadium Swim pool complex, Barry’s Downtown Prime restaurant, and the Legacy Club lounge as ideal options for their stay.

The Museum of Ice Cream Suite is slated to launch before the NFL season kicks off.
