Mitchell Graham, 70, has been accused of battery with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit following a dispute over a slot machine. Police reports reveal an altercation between Graham and another individual, leading to the accused allegedly using a steak knife in the confrontation.

Officers responded to reports of a stabbing at the Orleans at around 9 am that morning. They found Graham standing by the south entrance with hotel security. Security officers handed police a black knife sheath and told them Graham was the perpetrator.

Uninvited Guest

According to reports, Graham accused another man of taking over his slot machine after leaving money in it and visiting the bathroom, leading to the confrontation. However, other individuals present at the scene provided differing accounts of the events.

Wrong Slot?

Witnesses described the victim engaging in other activities and using a different slot machine before the incident. The victim sustained a superficial cut on the right side of his rib cage during the altercation.
