“Part of my role as a culinary custodian is to authentically tell these histories,” said Funke in a recent interview with the Robb Report.

Mother Wolf’s new location in Las Vegas will offer the same beloved Roman pasta dishes and grilled fresh produce that guests have come to expect at Funke’s Hollywood restaurant.

Leading up to the opening, there was some uncertainty surrounding Mother Wolf’s space at the Fontainebleau. A lawsuit was filed by one Hollywood hospitality group against another in Nevada District Court, causing some tension. However, details regarding the ongoing litigation can be found here.

Caesars Palace Dominates “Most Photographed Restaurants of the Year” List

Yelp recently released its annual “Most Photographed Restaurants of the Year” list, and it comes as no surprise that Caesars Palace holds the top two spots in the United States.

Gordon Ramsay’s renowned Hell’s Kitchen restaurant claims the top spot on the list, with its delectable lobster risotto and beef Wellington attracting plenty of attention on Yelp. Following closely behind is the Bacchanal Buffet, one of the few remaining buffets on the Las Vegas Strip, where guests can’t resist snapping photos of the snow crab legs.

Las Vegas also secured positions No. 11 (Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas) and No. 18 (Catch at Aria) on the list.

Enjoy Spectacular Views at Chéri Rooftop

Chéri Rooftop is set to open this fall on a 9,000 square-foot terrace that was previously home to Château Nightclub at Paris Las Vegas. This rooftop venue will offer breathtaking views of the Formula Las Vegas Grand Prix, giving patrons the opportunity to experience the race from a luxurious setting.

Situated above the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the base of the iconic replica Eiffel Tower, Chéri, along with Alexxa’s and Beer Park, will be part of the exclusive $5,500 Club Paris race package. This package includes unlimited drinks, food stations, and live entertainment.

Las Vegas Dining Updates

Exciting news for gourmet enthusiasts, a brand new $2 million hot pot restaurant is set to open at Resorts World. The establishment, identified as the Happy Lamb chain from Mongolia-Baotou, is expected to delight visitors with its unique dining experience.

In other news, The Bird Bar at The Flamingo will temporarily close its doors to make way for the highly anticipated Vanderpump Lounge. This $3.5 million project follows the success of the Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, which was opened by “Vanderpump Rules” star Lisa Vanderpump in 2019, and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, which she debuted in 2022.

Lastly, downtown Cantonese-style barbecue shop Rice Box will be closing on September 19, bidding farewell to its loyal patrons.
