Global Gaming Women (GGW) has unveiled the six distinguished honorees for its 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award, highlighting the exceptional contributions of women within the global gaming industry who excel in mentorship, advocacy, and uplifting others.

This prestigious award celebrates the legacy of Patricia (Patty) Becker, a trailblazing gaming attorney, executive, and founding member of the GGW board, recognized for her dedication to diversity and mentorship.

This year’s recipients include Michelle Baillie, General Manager of SkyCity Hamilton; Tracy Bradford, President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services; Melissa Cox, Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations at Gaming Capital Group; Bethan Lloyd, Partner at Wiggin LLP; Michelle Schenk, Director of Global Communications at IGT; and Maureen Wasloski, Vice President and General Manager of Margaritaville/Boomtown Bossier City in Louisiana.

“This year, GGW received an unprecedented number of nominations for the Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award, underscoring the profound leadership, service, and dedication among women in the gaming sector,” remarked Siobhan Lane, GGW’s President and Board Chair.

The announcement coincides with GGW’s celebration of its 10th anniversary. The organization will honor this year’s recipients at its annual Kick Up Your Heels event on September 30.

The event will be held at Intrigue at Wynn Las Vegas from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and proceeds will benefit GGW’s mission-driven initiatives.
