- Playgon and Digital Nation Entertainment finalize partnership agreement
- Agreement paves the way for the launch of Playgon’s AI Dealer platform
- Playgon’s CEO announces plans for a Q3 2026 launch in the igaming sector
Playgon Games Inc. moves closer to introducing its AI-driven live online casino dealer technology into the igaming sector, following the formalization of its partnership with Digital Nation Entertainment Ltd.

Formalization of the Partnership Agreement
Last November, both companies announced an understanding to establish this partnership.
Based in Vancouver, Playgon focuses on interactive gaming solutions, with a significant emphasis on live dealer casino offerings.
In an interview with Casino.org, CEO Darcy Krogh revealed that Playgon aims to launch this innovative product into the igaming landscape by the third quarter of 2026.
“The introduction will be staged, starting with Baccarat, followed by Blackjack, and then Roulette,” he mentioned. “We aim to have the complete AI Dealer suite ready by the end of the year.”
Expansion into Ontario and U.S. Markets
Digital Nation Entertainment (DNE), a multi-award-winning studio located in Santa Monica specializing in real-time animation and volumetric capture, will collaborate with Playgon to develop and commercialize the AI Dealer platform.
The formalization of this agreement signifies a shift away from human-hosted dealer studios, embracing a future enriched by AI-powered digital hosts. This advancement allows for 24/7 gameplay, overcoming the limitations associated with traditional live dealer operations.
Collaborations with Aggregators
The integrated system combines Playgon’s live dealer backend to manage game logic and betting flow, with DNE’s real-time digital human technology and conversational AI. The AI dealers will function as real-time, emotionally intelligent, multilingual hosts, engaging players through natural conversation throughout each gaming session.
“By merging DNE’s digital human AI capabilities, which include natural speech and adaptive session management, with Playgon’s established live dealer frameworks, we are pioneering a new category of gaming experience that extends the possibilities of real-time digital performance,” stated Craig Evans, CEO of Digital Nation Entertainment Ltd.
Prioritizing Speed to Market
Krogh emphasized that the new platform will address one of the primary cost factors linked to live online casino operations—human dealers. He also pointed out that Ontario and the U.S. are major target markets, along with Europe, guided by their Malta licensing framework.
“Any regulated market will attract interest for licensing agreements as we launch this groundbreaking product,” he added. “From a distribution standpoint, we already have established integrations with several leading aggregators, facilitating an efficient market entry. Speed to market is essential for us to secure a competitive advantage in this emerging sector.
“While we have not finalized any licensing agreements yet, we have shared early versions of this product with select operators and received positive initial feedback regarding its quality. Due to the competitive nature of this initiative, we are limiting further disclosures at this moment.”
