The criteria included specific negative terms such as “dirty,” “filthy,” “disgusting,” and “bed bugs.”

Leading the list is the OYO Hotel & Casino (formerly known as the Hooters Casino Hotel), which received a grimy keyboard rating of 28% based on its reviews.

One guest who stayed there in October lamented, “The room décor is poorly painted over old furniture. Nothing had been dusted or sanitized. Carpets throughout were dirty and probably hadn’t been vacuumed maybe ever.”

Images provided by reviewers showed cockroaches, carpet stains, and filthy air vents.

Despite its cleanliness rating, OYO managed to maintain an overall TripAdvisor.com rating of 4 out of 5 due to its convenient location and low prices. Rooms go for an average of $30 per night on weekdays and $90 on weekends.

Rounding out the unsanitary top three are the Excalibur Hotel & Casino, with 27.2% of reviews mentioning uncleanliness, and the Luxor, with an unclean keyword score of 26.9%. Both are properties of MGM Resorts.

BitcoinCasinos’ rankings evaluated 49 Las Vegas casino resorts based on cleanliness. The findings have raised questions regarding the analysis process, as there are at least 66 casino resorts in Las Vegas.

Topping the list of cleanest accommodations is The Mansion at MGM Grand, with an unclean keyword rating of only 4.1%. Following closely are NoMad Las Vegas at Park MGM (4.4%) and Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (4.9%).

However, luxurious cleanliness comes with a price, as one-bedroom accommodations at The Mansion start at $5,000 per night, and two-bedrooms at $7,500 per night.
