Leading the list is the OYO Hotel & Casino (formerly known as the Hooters Casino Hotel), which received a grimy keyboard rating of 28% based on its reviews.

However, luxurious cleanliness comes with a price, as one-bedroom accommodations at The Mansion start at $5,000 per night, and two-bedrooms at $7,500 per night.
