Contrary to rumors, Bazaar Meat never operated at the Sahara intentionally. It opened in 2014 at the SLS Las Vegas as part of a failed transformation project.

José Andrés’s other restaurants like Jaleo, China Poblano, é by José Andrés, and Zaytinya are highly acclaimed eateries known for their upscale dining experience.

Recently, it was announced that Bazaar Meat would be closing, despite previous denials from the Sahara and the José Andrés Group.
